The RhinoFit® Gym and Fitness Facility Management Software has introduced a modernized and streamlined mobile application, tailored specifically for users of participating facilities. This app enhances the user experience for members, students, and guests alike.

Users can take advantage of several functionalities:

• Utilize the QR code feature on the Home tab for facility access and check-in, while also viewing club information and upcoming schedules that include appointments, events, and reservations.
• Navigate a contemporary Calendar tab where classes, events, and appointments can be browsed. Note that interactions are limited to a retrospective window of 30 days and a prospective window of 60 days.
• Access personal contact information, manage memberships, update payment profiles, and review benchmarks through the Personal tab. Direct links to the RhinoFit application facilitate easy editing of specific details.
• Engage with fellow members on The Wall by sharing brief messages and images. Posts have the option to be flagged for review or deleted by the original poster.
• Examine comprehensive data from various systems on the Reports tab, including access tracking, appointments, attendance records, billing information, event participation, membership details, payment histories, reservations, and a collection of workout statistics.
• Manage class reservations and cancellations, as well as track attendance and register for events across multiple tabs including Home, Calendar, and Reports.

The application also demonstrates resiliency in challenging connectivity scenarios. In instances of poor or nonexistent network coverage, it operates in offline mode. This allows members to continue accessing their facility via QR code while providing information as last updated.
